Going to Buggies and Babes has given the motivation to workout more at home, as well as at class. It gives me other Moms to bond with and talk to about the struggles of motherhood and how the body changes after having children. I can feel a difference in how my clothes fit, but even better is how I feel about myself! Thanks Tama and all the women who come to class!

My son was born in November. At first I thought it would be a great way to spend the winter months. Stuck in the house cuddling with my newborn. Then I realized what a tough adjustment it was to be a new first-time mom, nursing and never getting out of the house, let alone off the couch. Luckily for me, I met Tama. Buggies and Babes allowed me to get off the couch and get motivated. I met other moms and found out that all the stress I was experiencing was totally normal. I felt so much more energized after class and it made me have more confidence in myself as a mother. I've been taking Buggies and Babes now for almost a year. I'm in better shape then I was before getting pregnant and I have made some of the best friends I've ever known.

Why I love Buggies and Babes.....It's been a great way to get out of the house and meet other moms while getting the added benefit of working out. Adult conversation, serious calorie burn, and having my daughter along for the ride.....what could be better?

The Buggies and Babes class has helped me battle the baby blues, get back into shape and make new friends. My new friends (including Tama!) have taught me so much about being a better mom, wife and friend ... our class is much more than getting in shape... its about making lifelong friends as well.

One Happy Mom

I only started Buggies and Babies less than 2 months ago, but I can already feel a difference. I have a lot more energy on the slopes and that is translating into me having a blast teaching my son how to sled and ski. Thanks Tama - all of those lunges are paying off!

Text Box: by Mary D.B. Hull
Text Box: What are the songs the mother sings? Of birds and flowers and pretty things; Baby lies in her arms and spies All his world in the mother's eyes. What are the tales the mother tells? Of gems and jewels and silver bells; Baby lies in her arms and spies all his wealth in the mother's eyes. What are the thoughts in the mother's mind? Of the gentle Savior, loving and kind; Baby lies in her arms and spies all his heaven in the mother's eyes.
Text Box: Enjoy your day today with your son(s) or daughter(s) and your mom. May you be blessed today and days to follow as you spend the day with your family. Being a "MOM" is truly a gift to treasure!
